Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking skilled Assemblers to join their client's team in North County. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and committed to excellence, working diligently to ensure high-quality assembly of products. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
• Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintaining and inspecting assembly equipment for proper functioning.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
• Reporting any issues or defects in a timely manner to the supervisor.
• Keeping accurate records of production and any necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details:

Max Pay is $26 per hour. Min Pay is $25 per hour.
